KINKI Cosmetics strives for excellence in customer service. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from receipt of order/payment, from our location in Sydney, New South Wales and shipping times are estimated at between 2 – 10 business days depending on customer location.

We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. Current domestic postage prices are listed below

What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

  • Enter the tracking number you received in your confirmation email from KINKI Cosmetics at for Australia Post Parcels
  • If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
  • If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.
  • Check at your local Post Office. Most of the time Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box if you aren’t home to receive your parcel, however sometimes they neglect to do so.  So it is still worth a check at your local Post Office.
  • Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
  • If your items still haven’t arrived contact us via our contact page. Please include your full name, delivery address and order number when you are making an inquiry.
